Shipment and returns
For orders from outside European Union please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org or through the CONTACT FORM.
International orders from outside European Union are fulfilled by DHL. A custom quotation will be issued based on destination country and weight of the package. Any customs duties and other taxes are supported by the customer.
Where We Ship
Deliveries to European Union are fullfiled by DPD Romania.
We currently ship to: AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BULGARIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, CROATIA, DENMARK, ESTONIA, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREECE, ITALY, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, POLAND, PORTUGAL, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SPAIN, SWEDEN, HUNGARY.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed - it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
Orders placed after 13:00 EET or on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and destination. The shipping cost will be displayed after the shipping informations is filled in.
Transit time: 2-5 working days.
Transit time does not include collection day, weekends and public holidays.
For deliveries to remote destinations and islands (Greece), the transit time may extend up to 8 working days.
Prices are inclusive of VAT, meaning that taxes are calculated and collected as part of the displayed product price and no additional taxes are assessed at checkout.

Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. To return an item follow the directions below:
You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
Please note that refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in regardless of fluctuations in exchange rate.
Upon receipt of your return, we will confirm your refund via email.

Any item returned after 14 days of receipt is not eligible for refund.
We do not accept replacement, as items may sell out while the requested replacement is returned and processed.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
